Summer 2026 Distribution Round

With continuing support from our fiscal sponsor, YEF, we are able to continue with our  2026 Summer Distribution Round where we aim to provide students from underserved elementary schools in San Francisco and Oakland with educational STEM packages.With careful consideration from students and teachers, each of our revamped packages includes:​​

 

  • Geometric tangram

  • Rocket pop up toy

  • Color Changing Putty

  • Kaleidoscope 

  • STEM stickers

  • Tote bag with our Operation STEM logo

Ice Cream Lab

On June 8, 2026, Operation STEM facilitated an ice cream lab, and distributed STEM packages for the students at Jean Parker Elementary School.

Mission Graduates

During the months of June and July, Operation STEM had the amazing opportunity facilitate lava lamp and slime labs with the students at the Mission Graduates Summer program. They were able to host a total of 3 workshops each with a distribution of STEM packages.

SFPL Lava Lamp Lab

On July 11, 2026, Operation STEM had the wonderful opportunity to host a lava lamp experiment paired with a distribution of STEM packages at the West Portal Public Library in San Francisco.
